Wells and Aspen

This book is a part of the A Cherry Falls Romance series and focuses on Wells and Aspen. Aspen is a stubbornly independent woman who doesn’t like to be dependent on other people. When her car gives her issues, Wells and his friends are there to give her a helping hand. Wells was instantly attracted to her but they both kept their hearts guarded for vastly different reasons. Wells had been burned by a past relationship and Aspen was dealing with guilt associated with her mom's death. Neither one of them was very forthcoming with the reasons for their walls being up until they had to in order to save their relationship. I loved how their relationship progressed from friends to so much more than that and how they were exactly who the other person needed. This was a great story and a great addition to the series.

Worthwhile read!

It’s amazing how it often takes two broken hearts to mend each other. Wells and Aspen are both battling invisible ghosts of their pasts that are standing in the way of their happily ever after. Their journey is a good one.

Sweet and slow building romance

309 Wildflower Falls Way by Kate Hunt is part of the multi-author A Cherry Falls Romance series. I always love Kate Hunt's books and am really enjoying the little town of Cherry Falls so color me happy when I picked this book up. I enjoyed this slow building romance story between Aspen Wright and Wells Powell. I found their story to be nicely paced and interesting and the characters were both very likeable, if at time frustrating. As always Kate has wonderful writing and story-telling styles which made this a joy to read.
